Clinics

For gymnasts wishing to work on their tumbling skills and/or their back handspring. This clinic includes backbends, bridge kickovers, backbend kickovers, front and back limbers, cartwheels, roundoffs, and back handsprings! Work on all the necessary progression skills that will lead to achieving a back handspring. Participants will work on specific skills and strengthening exercises based on their skill level. This clinic provides extra time with coaches and equipment that will lead to faster progression.

For gymnasts in Recreational Level 1 Mini, Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 who would enjoy extra recital prep time on the vault, bars, beam, and floor. Gymnasts will practice routines, work on skills, and be more confident for recital day!

Remember to bring a water bottle and a snack!
