Tumbling and Back Handspring Progression Clinic

Cost: $30 members/$35 non-members

Saturday, Jan 17th, 2026: 12:00pm - 1:30pm

For gymnasts ages 6 to 18 years old

For gymnasts wishing to work on their tumbling skills and/or their back handspring. This clinic includes backbends, bridge kickovers, backbend kickovers, front and back limbers, cartwheels, roundoffs, and back handsprings! Work on all the necessary progression skills that will lead to achieving a back handspring. Participants will work on specific skills and strengthening exercises based on their skill level. This clinic provides extra time with coaches and equipment that will lead to faster progression.

*Gymnasts do not need to be currently enrolled in a class to participate.

NINJA/GYMNASTICS SKILL CAMP

Monday, January 19th, 2026 9:00am - 2:00pm*

COST:  $60/child

For kids from kindergarten - 6th grade

Does your child have a skill or event he/she wants to perfect? This is the camp for you! Campers will focus on either ninja or gymnastics for the whole day. They will play games and participate in rotations that will help them gain strength and skills, while still having fun!

*Please provide a sack lunch for your child and a water bottle.

Saturday, January 31st, 12:00-1:30pm

COST: $30 members/$35 non-members

For kids age 6 and older

Ninja is going to the next level--Come join us for a flips and tricks clinic! We will have skills and drills for all levels from the basics to more advanced flips and tumbling. It's going to be AWESOME!

PARENTS' NIGHT OUT!

Cost: Members: $40/child; Non-members*: $45/child
